What is the best video game system I can get for around $200 or less?

I want to get this for my mother, who likes to play Poker and “virtual slots” on those little handheld poker video game machines.
She wants a handheld. Where can I get the best price on a PS2?

You might consider a Nintendo DS… it has a lot of those types of titles – the casual games.
